Pre-orders are charged at the time of order placement. Your pre-order price is locked at the time of purchase and will not change, even if retail pricing changes before shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you of significant delays. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Pre-orders: Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before your order ships. Contact us at trey@lumorabio.com to cancel and receive a full refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Lumora purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

After 30 days: We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery, except where required by applicable law.
